When sellers get paid and how to track a payout
Seller payouts depend on order completion, required checks and the applicable processing period. Review the net amount and progress in your sales and payout area.

Open My sales and select the order. Check that delivery was recorded, that the buyer completed the required confirmations and that no verification or dispute remains outstanding. Delivering credentials does not make the payout immediate.
Review the net amount shown for the sale. Fees and transaction conditions can reduce your proceeds. Consult Fees and deadlines for current terms rather than treating a worked example as a guaranteed deadline for your order.
Brazilian sellers should keep their domestic receiving details accurate. International sellers must complete the required international payout information. Profile country, payment method and verification can affect payout conditions.
Track progress in the sales and withdrawal areas available in your account. If a payout remains pending, contact the Help Center with the order number. Never send your receiving service's password or security code. Support will confirm the reason and next steps; you do not need to make another purchase to release a payout.
