International accounts can buy, not sell
Payouts run through the Brazilian banking system (PIX and local bank transfers), so a seller account requires a Brazilian tax ID and a Brazilian bank account. As an international user you can browse, buy and use escrow, mediation and support in English — but you cannot publish listings for now.
