How Brazil-based sellers sell on WWGames

Selling directly through Discord, WhatsApp or social groups can expose sellers to payment disputes. WWGames holds the buyer’s payment while the transaction is completed, with mediation and recorded proof of delivery.

Eligible Brazilian sellers create a listing, choose a category, set a price in BRL and add images. Once approved, it appears in the marketplace. When a buyer places an order, the seller is notified and must provide the account details through the protected delivery field in the mediation area.

Held payments and payouts in BRL

Payment options depend on the buyer’s country and eligibility. Pix is a Brazilian payment method, not a worldwide payment option. The platform holds the payment during delivery. The seller has 24 hours to deliver, and the buyer has 72 hours to confirm receipt under the current mediation settings.

Domestic-sale payout deadlines are up to 1 business day for Pix payments and up to 3 business days for card or eligible Pix-installment payments. International-sale deadlines follow the platform’s international settings. Payouts settle in BRL to the Brazilian seller.

Benefits for verified sellers

Seller privileges depend on completed, dispute-free sales and the platform’s current eligibility rules. These can include automatic listing approval, a Top Seller badge and a reduced platform commission. Consult seller benefits for details.
