Delivery conversations matter in international sales. Mediation messages have a Translate button: buyers and Brazilian sellers can read the conversation in their preferred language.

Brazilian sellers write in Portuguese. AI generates an English title and description for /en. New listings and edits enter the translation queue automatically.
USD prices, BRL payouts
The English site displays USD prices at the current exchange rate and explains that the charge is processed in BRL. Brazilian sellers still set prices and receive payouts in BRL.
Translate button in mediation chat
Messages can be translated into your browsing language. The translation is shown on your screen without replacing the original conversation; game names, nicknames, codes and amounts are preserved.
International buyer registration and checkout
International buyers provide their local tax ID instead of a Brazilian CPF, with international address and phone details. Checkout is in English, with held-payment protection; available payment methods depend on country and eligibility.
International search visibility
English pages have their own search titles, descriptions and canonical addresses, with language alternatives in the sitemap to help Google identify the appropriate version.
Bilingual support and emails
The Help Center identifies the user’s language, and international buyers receive transactional emails in English.

Held payments
The payment is held during delivery and released under the platform’s order-completion rules.
